IBM Validates Axibase Fabrica as "Ready for Tivoli Software"

IBM Validation Allows Tivoli Customers to Seamlessly Implement Real-Time Service Views Based on Microsoft Visio Diagrams

Cupertino, Calif., June 29, 2006 – Axibase Corporation, provider of the industry's leading visualization solutions for IT infrastructure management, announced today interoperability with the IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) solution. The “Ready for IBM Tivoli Software” technical validation verifies that Axibase Fabrica has been tested and validated for seamless integration with ITM, version 6.1 implementations.

The integration provides automated discovery of ITM resource models, highly-scalable asynchronous communication, as well as a split-second severity propagation between Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server (TEMS) and Axibase Fabrica’s visualization engine.

"IBM Tivoli Monitoring is a leading enterprise service management platform," said Sergei Rodionov, Axibase’s president and CEO. "This recognition allows our customers to visualize their Tivoli-managed infrastructure with Fabrica’s real-time service views without time-consuming event mapping and service modeling. This is one of many examples of Fabrica’s unique plug-and-play integration ability."

In addition to certification, Axibase Fabrica will be listed in the IBM's Global Solution Directory and the Open Process Automation Library.
